There are quite a few magic squares named after places in India. They are Gwalior Square, Nasik Square, etc. These two magic squares are named after locations in the maps of India.

Gwalior Square is the square that is found in the fort of Gwalior.

This is an 8×8 magic square using numbers from 1 to 64, giving the magic sum of 260.

The 4×4 subsquares are not equal that is they do not give 130, but their total gives you 260.

Now we will look into Nasik Square.

This is a 5×5 magic square, having a total of 25 numbers from 1 to 25. The magic sum is 65.

This is an example of an odd-order magic square, while the Gwalior square was an example of a doubly even-order magic square.
