Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation Policy:
- Order Cancellation by Customer:
- Before Shipping: Customers can cancel their order for physical books within 12 hours of placing it or before the order is dispatched, whichever occurs first. A full refund will be issued for such cancellations.
- After Shipping: Once the book has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers may instead return the book after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
- Order Cancellation by Us:
- We may cancel an order if the book is out of stock, or there are payment processing issues.
- In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed.
- Refund Policy:
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Physical books can be returned for a refund within 15 days of delivery.
- To qualify for a refund, the book must be returned in its original condition, unused, and without any signs of damage or wear (e.g., bent pages, markings, or stains).
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Personalized books and clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
- Any book returned outside of the specified return period or in a condition that does not meet our criteria will not be refunded.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will notify the customer of the refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect book), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
- If a refund is delayed, customers should first check with their bank or credit card issuer, as processing times can vary.

- Exchange Policy:
